What is included in my stay?
All our homes are designed for comfort and have everything you need for a short stay:

Do you provide internet connectivity?
We sure do. Free Wi-Fi is a must for us as well as any traveller. The building has broadband and there is free unlimited Wi-Fi in each apartment.
What amenities are available?
If you need to unwind after a big day of sightseeing there are a couple of options for you.

Each of our short stay apartments has a TV and an apple TV connected to Netflix. This allows you to browse a wide selection of movies and TV.

If you are feeling active you can head down to the gym, pool or tennis court, which are for communal use by building residents. We do ask that any children are supervised at all times, especially when using the pool.
Is linen supplied?
Yes, linen is supplied including towels. For longer stays we organise weekly cleans to ensure your linen and apartment remains fresh throughout your stay.
Are the kitchens fully equipped?
They definitely are. We make sure that each kitchen is fully equipped and also provide coffee, tea, milk and some snacks to help you settle in.
Are you able to provide additional beds?
If you have more than 4 people we can provide up to 2 air mattresses however this does come at a premium charged per additional person.

For smaller children we can also provide a portacot. If you require additional furniture for babies please let us know in advance and we will help organise this for you.
Is car parking available?
From time to time we will have car park spaces we can make available. This is dependent on demand. If you require a car park for your stay we can work with you to find the most cost effective solution. Please let us know as early as possible so we can help with requests.
Is there a supermarket nearby?
There is a small supermarket just across the road which is excellent for those last minute items. Coles, Woolworths and Aldi are just a 10 minute walk away in South Melbourne, or over the bridge near the corner of Elizabeth and Flinders streets.
What is your cancellation policy?
We will refund any prepaid amounts if the property can be re-booked for the dates of your booking. If a substitute booking cannot be found, cancellation fees are as per the following schedule:

Over 14 days before arrival date - full refund (less admin fee).

0 - 7 days before arrival date - no refund unless a substitute booking is found.
How do we collect keys to the apartment?
Keys will be available from the concierge on the ground floor of the building. The concierge service is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
What time can i arrive?
We aim to be flexible and accommodating. Our normal arrival procedure is to let you in after 2pm so we have time to make sure the apartment is spotless. If an early check in is required, please let us know in advance so we can co-ordinate bag drop off or early check in.
Can i bring my pets?
Unfortunately our building does not allow pets.
How far away is the airport?
The airport is only 25-30 minutes away by taxi. We recommend sharing a taxi with three or more people, especially if you are carrying luggage.

The Skybus is also available and does a complimentary drop off at our doorstep, however the trip can take up to 1.5 hours door to door.
